Manthan — आत्मानं विद्धि – Know Thyself

मिथ्यात्वभङ्गादेव परं सत्यं – By shattering falsehood, the Supreme Truth shines

मायाविलयादैक्यमेव सत्यं – From the dissolution of illusion, only oneness remains

स्वरूपज्ञानादेव मोक्षः – Liberation arises only through Self-knowledge

Not a teaching. Not a solution. This is a quiet offering — what remained when all else was surrendered.

I did not write this to explain. I wrote it to remain faithful — to a voice that asked to be born through me.

This work does not belong to any school of thought, belief, or tradition. And yet, it may echo all of them. If you recognize something here, consider it not new — but remembered.

Manthan is not a doctrine. It is a movement — a churning of thought, silence, and self. It speaks to those who have already begun to question what cannot be answered. To those for whom the known no longer satisfies.

You will not find instruction here. You will find a mirror — sometimes soft, sometimes sharp. You may not find peace. But you may find the part of you that can no longer pretend.

Read slowly. Pause often. Nothing here is in a hurry. And nothing here is finished.

This is not a path forward. It is an entry inward.
